Frequently asked questions

What is an IMEI and where do I find it?
The IMEI is a 15-digit number that identifies a phone. Dial *#06# on the phone, or look in its settings under "About". Some services ask for a serial number instead; the service page says which.
Is the IMEI check free?
Yes. The free IMEI check validates the number's format and check digit and shows the brand and model where they are known. Detailed reports (carrier, blacklist, iCloud and so on) are paid services in the catalogue.
How do I pay?
Top up your prepaid wallet from your account, then place orders from the balance. The price on the service page is what you are charged when you order.
How long does an order take?
Each service shows an estimated delivery time, from instant to about a day. Estimates are not guarantees. Your order page updates on its own while the order is in progress.
What happens if an order fails?
Rejected or failed orders are refunded to your wallet balance automatically. See the refund policy for the details, including completed orders.
Can I submit many IMEIs at once?
Yes. Paste one IMEI per line. Every line is checked before you pay; if any line is invalid, nothing is charged and the invalid lines are listed. Each IMEI then becomes its own order.
Can I withdraw my wallet balance?
The balance is credit for orders on imeifixer and is not normally paid out, except where the law requires it. See the refund policy.
Do you have an API for resellers?
Yes. Reseller accounts can connect a Dhru Fusion panel or use the REST API. Keys are bound to one server IP. Read the API documentation.
How do I keep my account secure?
Use a unique password, turn on two-factor sign-in, and review your active sessions in your account settings. We will never ask for your password.
How do I contact you?
Open a support ticket from your account, or see the contact page.
