Terms of service
Last updated: 10 October 2026
These terms apply when you use imeifixer, operated by [Company legal name] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
1. The service
imeifixer sells IMEI and serial-number checks and device unlock services, carried out by us or by third-party suppliers, and offers a free IMEI format check. Each service page shows its price, what you need to provide and an estimated delivery time. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
2. Your account
- You must give a working email address and keep your password and any API keys secret.
- You are responsible for activity on your account, including orders placed with your API keys.
- Tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed without permission. You can turn on two-factor sign-in and review active sessions in your account settings.
3. Acceptable use
You agree that you will:
- only submit devices you own or are authorised to check or unlock, and use the results lawfully;
- not use the service to deal in lost or stolen devices, to get around a lock that protects someone else's device, or for fraud;
- not interfere with the service, probe it for weaknesses without permission, or exceed the published API limits.
We may refuse an order, or suspend an account, where we reasonably suspect misuse.
4. Prepaid wallet and payment
- Orders are paid from your prepaid wallet balance. You top up the wallet through the payment methods offered at the time; payments are handled by those payment providers.
- The price shown when you place an order is the price charged for it.
- The wallet balance is credit for use on imeifixer only. It is not a bank account, does not earn interest and cannot be transferred to another account.
- How refunds to your balance and withdrawals of unused balance work is set out in the refund policy.
5. Orders and results
Results come from suppliers and third-party databases. We pass on what they return, and cannot guarantee that every result is complete or error-free. If an order cannot be completed, it is refunded to your wallet balance as described in the refund policy.
6. Reseller API
Reseller accounts may connect a panel or their own code through the API described in the API documentation. API keys are tied to the server address you register, and API orders are charged to your wallet like any other order. We may change rate limits to protect the service.
7. Availability and changes
We try to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Services, suppliers and prices may change; a change never affects the price of an order already placed. We may update these terms and will change the "Last updated" date when we do.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. [Owner: confirm or replace this clause for your jurisdiction.]
9. Closing your account
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account. We may close or suspend accounts that break these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by [governing law and courts].
